The 2016 Cabernet Franc is deeply colored, reminiscent of the volcanic soil on which it was grown; slightly more than one acre produces this small bottling of outstanding Cabernet Franc. The perfumed nose lifts aromas of raspberry, plumb and violet. The palate  greets you with a supple, mouthcoating texture that balances acidity and tannin. This wine is one that will grace your cellar for many years!
