The best wines are a revelation of place.  As winegrowers, our charge is to draw your attention to their virtues - to italicize them.  

The 2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has a layered nose of raspberry, strawberry, cassis, baking cocoa, cedar, white pepper, garrigue and mint.  Chocolate leads to a juicy mouth of raspberry, currant, tobacco and black tea.  Cocoa flavored tannins dissolve into a continuation of chocolate and mint flavors.  This wine is hand selected and aged under the supervision of our winemaking team and held back only when the best of the estate is able to be truly highlighted by the bottling.
