Four-Course Wine Pairing Dinner, $295/per person
In a few short weeks we will begin the 2021 harvest. This is always an exciting time of year as it signifies the beginning of a new vintage. Last year fires threatened vineyards, and many were unable to harvest their crops. That history makes this harvest even more special!
For that reason, we are exceptionally delighted to announce our Harvest Dinner Series. Our menus will be designed and prepared by award winning chef and certified sommelier, Christina Machamer! Each intimate dinner will consist of limited seating at a luxurious table. These unique dining experiences will begin with a wine reception paired with appetizers as you enjoy the panoramic view of our beautiful Estate within the Coombsville caldera. Guests will be treated to a four course, educational wine and food adventure paired with selections from our portfolio of wines at $295 per person.
